Graphics & Marketing Assistant 

Position Summary

We are looking for a creative professional to assist with graphics and marketing efforts on our collaborative team. Sticks, Inc. creates handmade art and furniture at our production studio in Des Moines, Iowa. The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic design and photography, and an interest in digital marketing. We can't wait to meet someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually compelling content!

Key Responsibilities

• Design digital and print collateral for marketing purposes, including emails, ads, handouts, etc.
• Digitalize and adjust handmade artwork for products printed and produced in-house.
• Photograph and edit images for marketing purposes. 
  
• Assist with digital marketing efforts including social media, SEO, email communications, and product management through Shopify. 
  

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications, Graphic Design, Arts, or related degree
  
• Preferred proficiency in graphic design software, photography, and computer skills
• Detail-oriented and results-driven
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative and collaborative team player with a positive attitude
• Self-directed with the ability to work autonomously

Additional Qualifications

• Experience in (or willingness to learn) marketing and communications strategies
  

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40 per week
